2-Day Tour to Cairo from sharm el sheikh and Pyramids and Memphis and Saqqara

Your adventure begins with a convenient pick-up at the entrance of your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, where your driver will greet you with a sign bearing your name. As you travel to Cairo, you'll enjoy scenic views of the Egyptian landscape.

In the afternoon, visit the historic Salah El Din Citadel in the heart of Islamic Cairo, built by Saladin, one of the most prominent rulers in the Arab world. Known in Europe for his military successes and political acumen, Saladin constructed this fortress to defend the city against European crusaders.

In the evening, you'll have time to wander through the bustling Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you can shop for souvenirs and practice the art of bargaining, a key part of Arabic culture.

On the second day, you'll visit Memphis, Egypt's ancient capital, to explore its ruins, the colossal fallen statue of Pharaoh Ramesses II, and the Alabaster Sphinx. Your guide will also take you to Saqqara, the necropolis of Memphis, where you'll see mastabas—flat-roofed rectangular tombs—and Pharaoh Djoser’s famous Step Pyramid.
